Dear Spiritual Family,

As Great Britain and the free world mourns the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, we want to honor her life in this message. Of course, our teaching is that her Soul’s expression has merely transitioned from the physical realm to the non-physical.

Having said that, she will be greatly missed in the role she filled so magnificently for over seventy years. She embodied the values of faith, honesty, diligence, and dedication, and in so doing led her family and her people through difficult and often, perilous times and provided a true example of selfless leadership.

One has to wonder, “How did she do it?” How did she face so many difficult decisions over so many decades, so many changing times and with a multitude of personalities, some of whom were extremely challenging? We know from history that she received the wise counsel of others but ultimately she had to decide what was best for those she served.

We also know that Elizabeth was a woman of great faith. While the demands of her office required that she put the good of the Crown – the highest good of her people first, she, above everything else, attempted to do so prayerfully, seeking the highest wisdom of God.

Was she “perfect” in her incarnation as the head of the monarchy? We are quite sure she would say “no.” But she modeled for all of us, how absolutely available God is to us and for us in the decisions we need to make – large or small.

As a spiritual community, we offer our love and support to those she served so well and lift up her son, King Charles III, as he assumes the role and as his beloved mother finds the Great Love of the Divine in an even more profound way. In her physical absence, yet continuing presence, may we receive her great gift of a life so well-lived.

We love you,
