Dear Spiritual Family,

Dr. David Hawkins wrote, “Every loving thought outweighs many thousands of negative thoughts held by others. We change the world not by what we say or do but as a consequence of what we have become. Thus every spiritual aspirant serves the world.”

The focus of our written message this week is to recognize and celebrate our spiritual aspirations and how we, collectively, impact our world for the better. As we have been discussing over these last weeks:

“What can we do to make a difference for the people of Ukraine?”

“What about the effects of the war on others?”

“What about the challenges closer to home?”

The list goes on.

Each of us on this path is the “spiritual aspirant” that Dr. Hawkins references. It may be common for most of us to question, “how much am I serving the world?”  We can, on the other hand, honor the wisdom of such great teachers and not underestimate the effect of our loving thoughts. We can take a humble stand in what we have become.

Instead of stressing, we can allow the images and conditions that upset us to motivate us to love more and further tip the scales of mass consciousness toward the light. We honor you, dear spiritual family, for your willingness to do just this.

We love you,

Rev. Steve and Mary
